This is where business owners need to understand other aspects besides the bottom line. Such as branding, online visibility, and advertising. Dont get me wrong at the end of the day it comes down to the bottom line, of course. But these other factors that dont produce direct sales must also be considered. I can think of a few exceptions where a black bg might be a good thing - i.e. for a photographer showcasing their work, etc. but in general I totally agree...
